I tried it, but with my own summoners (heal / flash) and I have to admit that the regen really does help me both early and late game (both early, mana late). By using potions, you can rush through the entire forest.

Interesting guide. I don't think Shurelya's is effective for Rammus. I'd rather see another heavy armor item or Warden's mail. Sunfire, thornmail and Tabi are all his staples and it's interesting to see what you picked for jungling. I would have thought cloth armor would have more effect with his passive than regrowth has in general, but I'm intrigued to try it. I like that you described the jungle order. I will abstain from voting until I can try out the build.

I would go for armor seals instead - it helps early game with jungling, and you get extra attack damage from it anyway.

Interesting guide, many useful tips, maybe more vulnerable to mages (if you consider, he is tank) but still fine. +1
