This is bad, HEAL is a no-no take 
Ghost instead, it is so much better and just wrecks with his ult. You get NO early durabilty other then the Dorans Sheild which you do not bother to show how to replace it in your guide. Attack speed runes? You get all the attack speed you need from bezerkers and your passive, you have way too much hear get armor penetration if you are going DPS. Why rank up Undertow a second time? Tough It Out is extreemly important for in lane utility. This is just bad -1
