Wintermond's guess was good but it doesn't relate to the last line.

Melarith had the closest guess regarding "pentameter" but is still wrong.


"Drums" are used metaphorically here.

Doran's Ring, maybe? But that wouldn't related to drums in any imaginable way, would it?

Give us a clue, is it an item? A spell? A champion? Urf?

Sona, as the drums could mean music, Pentameter also refers to music and possibly the band Pentakill, and the Power to continue could refer to any of her skills. My guess would be her or her heal.
