Vayne, The Night Hunter
- After watching the live preview, Vayne looks very strong, her W is amazing for harassment in the lane, and looks like she can go top, mid, or bottom, and as Phreak said, may even be able to jungle.
Annie
- So... no more skipping? or is the skipping going to be exaggerated?
Gangplank
- It's an improvement I guess, slow on his ult should have been increased to at least 30% though. Looks like you MAY be able to take him in to melee range and survive.
Jarvan IV
- There is a reason why Jarvan has been banned so much in high ELO, he's able to deal so much damage while building tank, so it should be interesting to see how this plays out.
Jax
- Not going to make Jax any more or any less viable, can probably leap -> stun now, which should be interesting to see in game. They still need to fix the dodge issue =/
Karma
- This bug made Karma very strong being able to mantra 2-3 spells instead of 1-2, nice to see its finally fixed
Karthus
- This nerf has been needed for quite some time, other than that, no comment.
Lee Sin
- Not a Lee Sin player, but if I ever pick him up I'm excited about this he only had enough energy to use 2 skills then he had to wait for some regen, looks like they left the tempest bug in, unless they stealth nerfed it, it's one of the only things that enables Lee Sin to farm. Not so great in teamfights.
Malphite
- A Malph buff, not much, but should improve his laning phase, and if you are jungling with him, it'll reset quicker between camps
Master Yi
- I'm not sure what exactly they are changing here, look like just a fix on its RNG near walls, maybe this will fix the bug with AS where you wind up on the other side of the wall.
Morgana
- Definitely a buff to Morgana's laning phase, should make last hitting quite a bit easier.
Nocturne
- Yet another nerf that was needed, Nocturne is just very strong with barely any AD items.
Nunu
- Wasn't aware of this bug, curious about just how much damage this did.
Pantheon
- Wow, finally, probably one of the most annoying bugs on Panth getting fixed now.
Rumble
- Just some bug fixes here, looks like they reduced Rumble's "size" a bit, interested in how this translates to actual gameplay
Shen
- Not sure what they were trying to do here, does not address the issue's with Shen at all.
Sona & Twisted Fate
- Finally, these bugs have been quite annoying in game, would literally have to hold "s" the entire time.
Trundle

* New Stat: Tenacity
- It'll be interesting to see how the new Tenacity items are, however they look viable only for early/mid game based on their stats, Merc Treads are still king of anti CC here. Could probably get the other items and more offensive boots early on, then sell and switch to Merc Treads for late game.
* Sunfire Cape
- Nerf.... Paying more for less here.
* Catalyst the Protector
- Clear nerf here, gonna be harder to pull those clutch levelup baits now
* Rod of Ages
- This is awesome in my opinion, no more reason NOT to upgrade it to RoA now, though if you are planning on upgrading to BV, you are SooL there.
* Wit's End
- May seem like a nerf, but this is definitely a buff, and unfortunately a shift in usefulness from carry, to Tanky DPS
