I don't personally find any champs OP. Well, Rumble maybe. Haven't seen Vayne yet either.
Oh, Nidalee, she's not necessarily OP except for her insane heal. I've played her a lot and you literally can't die after level 6 unless you get CCed.
If you get CCed, you still usually don't die lol. She's just too easy to play in my opinion. Her skillshot does take some skill, but she's just too... Easy to carry with.

That 4 second flash doesnt brake Noc's fear, and if you get hard CCed(ie stunned, thrown up, silenced) or focused, you're insta-dead. Nidalee is squishy as hell, and has no CC, so her escape mechanism and heal are good enough. (The heal is not broken, you need 300+ AP to make it viable, and just ignite her and she dies).
