Defenetly a +1.Well i dont like SOTO but this build embraces the idea i have of how panth is build best.Good survive ability with enormous damage.I would take Banshee's Veil instead of Randuins omen and maybe a Bloodthirster insted of Black cleaver(depending on the opponents)

nice job, how bout thinking of a Banshee's Veil? or at least adding it in optional items for a heavy mage team instead of the Randuin's Omen +1 though
