She has long range and is really good at zoning out people with her Q. The AP ratio on that spell is too high --.--

Both are viable. Her scaling is quite good so i would go with AP over Mpen, but for her Health or even MS is still a VERY valid choice.

Never start with an AP tome.. It's a bad starting item.
