In my cassiopeia guide im still not sure about the quints i use are the Health quints viable or should i use ap quints or magic pen?

Go for AP.

But please play more than 300matches before posting guide. Until that you should read the guides of experienced players.
Google has a job title called "Head of Black Community Engagement"..

She has long range and is really good at zoning out people with her Q. The AP ratio on that spell is too high --.--
So is the base damage. Her W is still pretty useless though..

ya i usually prioritize q over e early on since my ap isn't that high and her w is kinda meh the slow is good but whats point after you get rylai's your q slows also and way more damage i usually use so they stand in it and i can spam e

Both are viable. Her scaling is quite good so i would go with AP over Mpen, but for her Health or even MS is still a VERY valid choice.

Cass is useless no matter how you build her anyway :P

MrP is not viable on Cass and MS is unnecessary.

you think ap marks would be better early on then mpen? with ap marks/quints she has 20 ap to start with and with a amplifying tome at lvl 1 her q does about 100 damage thats without taking account for mr

Never start with an AP tome.. It's a bad starting item.
AP quints are best for early game and that's when you need it most anyway.
