doesnt flat pen from sorc shoes, and rune pen apply differently, i thought rune pen is applied after % pen

i presume armour pen is the same, if you gunna get a last whisper, are armour pen quints needed? will it still penetrate more, rather then AD ( not sure if this is answerd in your graphs? ><)

AD works since you have AD ratios that don't deal physical damage. But ArP is stronger since it's better before lategame and allows you to go for a MBR instead of a LW.

things that are reduction, like amumus passive and abyssal scepter, reduce magic resist.
for example, if they had 100 and were in the radius of the aura they would have 80.
penetration does not reduce it that way, it only temporarily reduces it for that certain skill.
