Actually Gunblade works very very very well on pantheon..

Try rushing brutalizer and lucidity boots, then later on in the game selling your brute for something better.
Also 21/0/9 seems kinda bad.. Crit is pretty useless on panth as is the 21st point(only base damage, which makes virtually no difference). So maybe 15/0/15?
panth has 100% crit chance on targets below 15% hp, how is crit dmg point useless, i was thinkg of doing the cd masteries 13 0 17 or w/e
Yea, for Panth 15/0/15 or 0/9/21 seems like the best choice.

They are kind of bad, yes.
