Not sure if his E works with the Phage slow effect or the rylai slow?

I played panth as my main from lvls 10-25, and I still play him once in a while, I use him when I feel I need a "lane dominator"

The idea is basically to own the laning face so hard you can carry well.

I play him 11/0/19 I grab cooldown, and then armor pen in the offense tree.
I also use flash/ghost since he lacks any good escape skills

If I don't care what people think, or if I'm mid, sometimes I'll grab smite instead of flash. start by smiting the opponents wraith before the minions even get there, take smite breaks often, also the extra 5 gold from smite ever 55 seconds is worth at least a pot by the time the laning phase is over. I normally jungle so I know how to use smite well end game, if you think smite is useless, or don't know how to secure/steal baron/drag buffs then I would strongly recommend NOT using it.

red: armor pen
yellow: flat mana regen
blue: flat mana regen
quints: armor pen/exp if I'm feeling saucy

I start with all pots:
1 fortitude
1 ward
2 mana
2 health

Why so much mana? I spam spear, I use it to last hit, I use it for neutrals, I use it to pick ashe out of my teeth when she's done feeding me. Use your pots for sustainability, wait until level 3 to start harass with your spear so they are surprised by the second rank damage. You should be able to zone them out and last hit the minions behind you with the spear. if you can't no big deal, wait for them to go back, they will have to if you harass them even decently, after they get back pop your fort pot. Drop a ward on the "Blue" side of the jungle at around 4:30 if they have WW/Amu/ram/olaf jungle, otherwise drop it on red side for shaco, or blue side at 5:00 mark for any other jungler. From here can build however you like.

I like AD of course
Boots of lucidity or mobility if the other team won't group.
Vampiric scepter if I can't grab blue buff (which is common)
Infinity edge
Bloodthirster

everything else I get is situational
if their carries don't get armor, I build starks/black cleaver
if the whole team is stacking armor I grab Last Whisper

if they do build armor, and are casters I like the new wits end, or hex drinker
for CC I prefer quicksilver cape to Banchee because it's cheaper to grab.

I build for CDR so I don't think the ghostblade is worth it, I don't find myself chasing that much, Get in, kill the carry, get out. Think of yourself more as a burster/nuker. I purchase stuff that let's me do higher burst damage. Lower their armor, raise your attack damage, and help you escape. attack speed and critcal are kind of worthless if you play him like a true anti-carry

Yes, they are horrible.

Carries need utility and tanks need defense or utility.

After the first 9 points it's all garbage =p
