Exhaust is an excellent ability for MF because she doesn't really have a "hard slow" - here is only 20% and not exactly the most reliable of abilities. helps in both escapes AND kills, in my opinion, it can slow the chaser and their ability to hurt you, or severely cripple your target/focus in a team fight - which Flash doesn't do.

Exhaust is a spell not an ability, first learn what are abilities and what are spells and then create the build, dont confuse new players by writting wrongly....

I have a Banshee's AND a GA - normal AD carries just get the Banshee's - it's too much, if anything :/

Especially the second build is good but i prefer frozen mallet, not banshee's veil. it will give u lots of survivability and slow

Lol, 6 posts!

The only reason I get Make It Rain is because there are no other slows that are available outside of Exhaust, and Make it Rain creates a sight area, in short, you can check brush without walking in it. Essential to keep at a low level, but it's not that important that you get it at level 1.

Its a good build but I really dont see why you take that early point in Make it Rain. It just seems kinda silly as its pretty weak damage when you could take the early point there in Impure Shots/Double Up depending on which build. (I'm a double up man myself) but it doesn't do enough damage to really count and you already have exhaust there to keep your opponent within range of an Impure Shots/Double Up longer. Just seems silly to get it early.
