Miss Fortune Passive Ability
Introduction

She's the only ranged AD carry I play, she's really fun, and one of my favourite champions that I've bought, really solid purchase.
The first build focusses mainly on her

The second - and more generic build, focusses more on her

Please use the guide - and read it all - before you downvote it!
Here's a random montage of me using THIS BUILD. I got these clips in ONE DAY in the space of about 4/5 matches, sure I was fed in a couple of them, but three quadra kills in one day? Yes please. Remember, this isn't supposed to show skill or anything, you just might want to see it to see the build in action!
+ Great damage
+ Brilliant at focussing people down due to dealing more damage the longer she attacks people
+ Can lane anywhere, she doesn't need to be mid all the time and isn't too shabby at taking top
+ Relatively bulky
+ Maxing her W first ensures lots of last hits - which fuels items, really.
+ Easy last hitting
+ Can solo both buffs when she gets the Bloodthirster
+ High movement speed
+ Extremely fun to play
+ She has a smexy voice
+ If fed, you can extremely easily multikill!
Cons -
- Easily gankable if you overextend
- If she's hit once, ALL of her passive goes
- Until her Q is maxed, she can only focus one target at a time - however, she can focus them down extremely fast
- Harassment isn't too great compared to builds that max Q first

To be honest, it's up to you. However, I'd always advise you to take a

In my second build, I included the ever popular

This build maximises damage early on by getting the damage on first, followed by attack speed and critical chance, not to mention movement speed - which is followed by

Change the position of the

An optional item would also be Frozen Mallet, it's got a fabulous slow and some decent bulk, however, I prefer to just take red buff, it's way too expensive for just a slow, in my opinion, as MF is basically dead if the enemy reaches her anyway, there's no reason in the health. 20 attack damage isn't all that great either, compared to other things you could get with that money.
Yes. MF Jungle.
Well, when she has her Bloodthirster (and a few stacks), you can easily solo red/blue buffs, do these as you're going past them or if you have some spare time from missing people in your lane or something, considering MF doesn't have a slow as powerful as Ashe's

She also can just kill the two small lizards in blue/red for extra AD/life steal on her Bloodthirster, or easily kill the Wraiths, free stacks on your Bloodthirster and money too!

(Innate): Miss Fortune gains an additional 25 movement speed after not taking any damage for 7 or more seconds, increasing each second up to 70 maximum bonus speed.
This is brilliant, allows MF to backdoor a little as well was be extremely mobile, making her a brilliant choice for either mid or bot/top, she can move where she likes! (Not quite as much as Mundo unfortunately though.) It's worth noting that even a minion hit removes the passive from her, so trying to run past minions for a kill early game might not always pan out the way you'd like it to.

(Active): Miss Fortune fires a shot at an enemy target, dealing physical damage and 115% of that damage to another enemy target behind the first. Applies on-hit effects.
Range: 625
Bounce Range: 500
Cost: 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 90 Mana
Cooldown: 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 seconds
Physical Damage: 25 / 60 / 95 / 130 / 165 (+0.75 per Attack Damage)
MF's basic harassment ability - use it on the minion furthest back, or closest to your enemy, and you will most likely get a ricochet for damage on them! This ability has a slightly worse range than your auto attacks, so running up to an enemy and hitting them with it that way is impractical, and it's obvious you're about to do it, and even worse how it does less damage that way. ALWAYS ricochet it to enemies in the laning phase, shoot it as soon as it's off CD when killing people! If you feel pro, try and ricochet it off the tank into a carry in a team fight!
I also have a small section on "Farming" near the bottom about

(Passive): Miss Fortune deals magic damage to her target with each attack, cumulatively stacking up to 4 times on the same target.
(Active): Miss Fortune's attack speed is increased for 6 seconds and causes her attacks to lower healing received and health regeneration by the target by 50% for 9 seconds.
Cost: 50 Mana
Cooldown: 16 seconds
Magic Damage: 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 / 14 (+0.05 per Ability Power)
Attack Speed: 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 %
Impure Shots makes MF who she is, brilliant extra damage, 50% attack speed without buying any items (worth roughly 1.2k-ish for the attack speed only) - increases her single target DPS so much just from focussing people down, 4 stacks of rank 5 Impure Shots hits for an extra 56 - which is like having an extra B.F. Sword pretty much. Oh, and due to the healing reduction, you can easily kill enemies like Swain!

(Active): Miss Fortune fires hundreds of bullets into the air which rain down at a location after 0.5 seconds, dealing magic damage over 2 seconds and slowing enemies hit for 1 second.
Cooldown: 15 seconds
Range: 800
Cost: 80 / 85 / 90 / 95 / 100 Mana
Magic Damage: 90 / 145 / 195 / 255 / 310 (+0.8 per Ability Power)
Slow: 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 %
Make it Rain is MF's only slow before she gets red buff, and it's her only multi target slow throughout the whole game, hence why it's taken so early even though it's terrible damage. Basically, all you do with this is use it in front of an enemy that's running away.
Oh, I should also note that where ever you use it, you can see the circle it lands on, hence, it's brilliant for checking brush!

(Active): Miss Fortune channels a flurry of bullets into a cone in front of her for 2 seconds, dealing large amounts of magic damage to enemies.
Cost: 150 Mana
Range: 1,400
Bullets Per Wave: 6
Waves: 8
Cooldown: 120 / 110 / 100 seconds
Magic Damage: 60 / 85 / 110 (+0.4 per Bonus Attack Damage OR +0.2 per Ability Power) per bullet
For this, I'm not going to lie, it doesn't do very much damage at all single target due to the ability to easily break it by running out/stunning her.
It's only viable for more damage against multiple enemies - on whom it does a LOT, over walls when you know where they are due to wards or something, or if they're low health, faster than you, and retreating, the latter will be it's main purpose early game due to it's high range compared to MF's auto attacks.
After a team fight, if you don't get a chance to use it, it's highly advised to just use it to clear a minion wave or two, free gold is always good!
The runes I'm using are -
Greater Mark of Desolation

Explanations -
Greater Mark of Desolation This is obvious really, ArP has been proven to be the highest DPS over things like Crit Chance and all that, this also makes our attacks as close to True Damage as we possibly can!

Greater Quintessence of Desolation Just because it's the highest DPS out of the options we have available, see the explanation for the Mark.
Other viable runes -
Because everyone doesn't have enough IP to buy every rune in the game!

Last hitting gives you gold, and gold gives you items. Items give you a MUCH bigger hit.
Think of it this way, 200 minion kills roughly equates to 5000 gold, that's like a full Infinity Edge and a Pickaxe. Last hitting with MF is relatively easy to master, as she shoots pretty fast (as she says - "I always shoot first") which means you can just click and you will click pretty much instantly.
As I mentioned before,

You might also want to use

Impure Shots healing reduction debuff duration reduced to 3 from 8
To be completely honest this isn't really much of a nerf at all, I mean if a Swain runs in and Raven Forms, you'll be shooting him anyway, early game, it only really hits mediocre hard late game, but then, this affects all MF builds and not just this one.
B.F. Sword
Attack damage reduced to 45 from 50
Gold Cost decreased by 200

Attack Damage increased to 80 from 75
Critical Strike increased to 25% from 20%
This is wonderful! Considering we have 2 items with B.F. Swords in and 2 items with

v100118 (11/5/11)
Addition of

Very situational, but might be useful for MF against heavy CC teams. Well, having the option of new items is definitely a buff!
