In AP build seriously kick lichbane further cos without AP is lichbane proc sometimes smaller than shen proc
Probably kick off Rylais, its not as good as it looks like, Stun reduces movement speed to 0 and your AoE slows just by 15%

Have you ever considered Force of Nature? Great synergy with his E, just like Atma's Impaler.

For AP, Rylais is hardly viable.

For the two abilities he has to spam for the procs, his Stun keeps them immobile for the whole slow duration, and his AoE isnt spammable to truely make Rylais really viable.

Change it out in my opinion.
