Your right. The only true flaw to this build is extreme lack of survivability. I can't tell you how many times flash + cleanse has saved me though, thats why I take those 2, is to try and make up for getting caught off guard. Otherwise I should probably have stressed the staying behind your team part more, this build is fairly team dependent.

Very well thought out and informational, I'd give you a +1 but for some reason it's saying I already voted...Anyway, my only critique is that you don't get any survivability at all, and as a semi-frequent veigar player, I find it to be very helpful late game when the enemies will be able to kill you before your team can react.

Exellent guide. I used this, and went 23-6 my first time with veigar! I recommend this guide as a noteworthy guide, and should be voted upon. +9001 for excellence and perfection. Guide wise, I'd take out the per level commentary, but content wise, this build makes teams go from trolling, to silence. Specially the teamfighting stage.
