It's annoying as ****.

Letters like "åäö" in the Swedish alphabet are the same.

I.e: Mike Rogers doesn't think it's rape unless the victim knows (s)he has been raped. Sounds legit.

I will investigate. Handling international characters is tricky and I haven't had a chance to get into it to try and find an optimal solution yet. If it's something that is really bothering people I can try to get to it sooner.

I get this problems sometimes with " ' ", it seems to be a bit temperamental.

If you paste your text in from certain editors, such as MS Word, you will end up with unusual characters (like the special quotes, extra wide dash, etc) that the system doesn't handle well. I will see what I can do but in the mean time just be careful when pasting from other programs.

For me the only major problem is the Euro character,"€", not working.
Since we speak in English most other characters won't be used at all.

There are three characters in the swedish alphabet that can't be used. It would be nice if that was changed.
Google has a job title called "Head of Black Community Engagement"..
I don't know whether to cry or laugh.. or both.
