Perhaps a visual would be better. When you are working on your guide, it should look like the below. The below is me looking at my Nidalee guide when I am editing it. As you can see, the very first tab is "Mastery Trees". Just click the masteries as if you were speccing them in-game. When you're done, hit save at the bottom and move on! Rinse and repeat with the other sections ;)
