I tried this build, it didnt work very well. I was not very tanky nor did I do any perticular damage. Im just curious, since you have 4 items + 2 dorans: which items do you prefer exchanging the dorans for? More tanky or more damage?
I just saw that you had already written a few examples, sorry bout that. Still I'd find it interesting to know what you generally go with:)
