Well it's better that you can't rate right now because you clearly don't know what you're talking about.
Maybe in EU he's banned but in NA he's not. He's not even played here very much. It's just Shen and Zil every game.
And Regrowth pendant is a great 2nd item because it replaces life steal which you don't need at all or want.
I don't care if you hate the guide. This is in my opinion the best way to play Rammus.
It's devastating, and you're able to fully tank.

"Rammus is capable of more than people currently give him credit for!" mmh, wait? Isn't Rammus banned in most of the ranked games? Isn't he one of the hated champions cause people think that he is OP? And... How you was now thinking on how under-rated champion he is, just after huge amount of nerfs. People don't understand good champions before they get nerfed. Before those nerfs; nearly nobody was playing him -> after nerfs; everybody wants to play that "Overpowered champion".

Actually I like the idea of regrowth pendant at second item, since it regenerates your HP, while moving from creep camp to creep camp in the jungle.
But I'm not that experienced a Rammus player, so who am I to judge that x)
