Probably the best Jarvan guide I have seen on here. Very solid build with good damage/survivability. I also loved to see the math on the gold per 10 items, very insightful and very helpful. When looking at it from a pure cost effectiveness standpoint, but when looking at HoG, the stats are 100% effective as it is health, but it gets a bit hazy with what % of the stats on the 2 philo stones are effective. Either way, I love philo stone and I love the guide.
