Same, I think only the cream of the crop gets on the tribunal, for the most part.

No. If you get 7+ reports in one game, you get tribunal'd.

This just in, you get 5 IP per case they agree with you on.
I ended up with 95 from 19 cases... That's from punishing everyone but one.
