Personally, i find i like grabbing a vampiric scepter to start with, as the 12% lifesteal lets you stay near your turrent and regain health, about the only champion i EVER use a doran's item for to start with is garen, and only because for the same cost and 60 less health gain, dorans shield IS surprisingly better than a health crystal, despite the fact that it doesn't build into anything. and it would go well on this build due to the fact you give yourself some OOMPH on your AD before you add AS, which is usually a good idea on ashe, well done.

I really dont understand why you should start with a Dagger. You will not be autoattacking creeps, so attack speed wont be neccesary, and since Ashe doesn't have any passive lifesteal if doesn't give her any sustain in lane
The reason I start with a dagger is because it builds into berserker's greaves for no money loss when selling it and honetly, Doran's Blade barely gives any lifesteal and in a fight has comparable damage to the dagger (dps wise).
Im actually going to say upvote here because this is a pretty standard way of using her and it works fairly well. I do agree with Trophycase though, for survivability reasons is often good to build a single defensive item. Either way, nicely done.

Perseverence is a big nono as it will contribute .5 hp5 and 1 mp5 for 3 mastery points, I highly suggest going good hands.
Also, you should definitely use a banshee's veil, you need the spell shield and magic resist.
Ignite doesn't seem like the best summoner spell on ashe, as the escapability from flash is too good to pass up, and generally ashe does not need ignite, once you start kiting somebody, it is unlikely they will get away, ignite is reserved for champs who aren't fast or have 40% slows. I also highly suggest you max volley at level 9, but i suppose it is your call
You definitely need to start with a doran's blade and not a dagger, the survivability and damage from dorans is too good to pass up and dagger won't help your last hitting whatsoever.
Ghostblade and madreds aren't that good on ashe, I suggest swapping one for a bloodthirster or starks for some lifesteal while getting a BV with the other.
Boots of swiftness should be used on ashe, but if you are going to get zerker greaves you definitely need to rush a zeal, as the 370 movement speed from your lack of utility masteries will make it difficult to kite anybody
As for runes, I wouldn't even bother putting optionals in terms of marks, armor pen is pretty much undisputed in that slot.
