ooh there were some changes that weren't listed in the patch notes. TF and Kassadin got new default splash arts

So basically they didn't balance anything this week cuz they balanced it last week.
Ok. I expect a balance patch next week Riot.

Are we about to enter a vicious cycle of trying to balance what they had balanced but didn't end up balanced enough?

(using balance stuff and variations till it makes no sense)

Taric got his reskin redone. His face is shaded differently and a lot less blotchy.
