also noticed cos it's not a focused spec you don't expect him to do so much damage with so much health at end game. managed to get far more kills than i should be with auto attacks! thanks for the guide :)
Well, yes it is focusing on your abilities around mid, but remember than guinsoo's give ad to so not all ap. but the reason for that is that bio-arcane and madreds takes % of the enemy hp and the lower lvl the weaker that is.

Yes madreds + malady is imba :) but with some ap it is even better and dont forget ur ulti as it can hit for 300+ once per second.
Andyes hextech would be good BUT i prefer nashors for the aspeed and cdr or rylai's for the health and slow on ulti wich is epic, and 30% slow on caustic spittle.
