Eh, yer starting skill really depends on what you're facing. Like if you KNOW they're gonna be in the bush then by all means get her Q so you can reveal it. I just personally prefer the shield more because anyone facechecking a bush or going near one before everyone is revealed at the start of the match deserves to give first blood. The extra survivability is really nice and is extremely clutch for low level fights.

OK. So at level one what you are saying is: "Here ally, lemme give you a 60 HP shield with a bit of MR and Armor! Now go facecheck that bush for me!" Instead of: "Don't worry team, let me check to see if anyone is in th ebush trying to gank our jungler!" *uses [Q] into bush* "HOLY ****! There were 5 people in there! RUN AWAY RUN AWAY!!!!!"

Yah, you might want to rethink your starting skill just a tad.

You feel squishy maxing E as soon as possible? How is that possible? Orianna has the lowest armor and MR compared to every champ. Of course she's gonna be squishy.

I dont like your build because i feel like being squishy because im underfeeded in the start. I get boots so late that i never get to run away and im not getting feeded enough to get boots fast. I mean archangel staff cost a bit much and you have to buy that before boots. Thats why i never get to reach boots and when i finnaly do the others are much more feeded by me because i cant run away. -1

It's only 4% over cap. And really the builds about stacking armor and MR along with mana to get AP. The massive CD reduction from Frozen Heart is just gravy and it's pretty important to have capped CDR on Orianna. Also yes, the boots are almost always interchangeable depending on the enemies comp and how you wish to build. Mastery build changed anyways, but really most matches should end before you hit cap anyways.

You have too much cooldown with this build, you should take 2 points out of Intelligence and put them in something else or change the boots.

you only have 11 base armour at lvl1, so I guess it would help counteract the almost 10 deficiency you have.

personally I find it pretty hard to get past my own ionian+archangels build due to cost but I've had same playing every support. did get 4 KS through E+R though :|

well i had 3-3-9-9 , a bug i guess nvm xd

I find it useful to be able to bubble my team mate. It prevents a lot of early damage along with assuring an assist on a kill if the ball is attached to them. And from what I can tell I have 9 blue runes <.< perhaps you are looking at quints.
