No, what I'm saying is that there is no need to build AD on at least an early scale for him due to his E. And since attack speed is the best bet for early/mid game, rather than stacking more AD, it is better to go with attack speed. And one of the better items for this is Phantom Dancer, which then enables you to go crit. Which provides the extra damage/fulfilling the need for more AD.
