Dude, ffs! Stop "buying" you thumbs up, its just to bad, ima vote this down because i did not like the build on ap teemo(i play him alot and he is my main, as my expirience with ap teemo i know how to play him) And because you try to "buy" thumbs up. Make a guide and let it be, let people think what they want and stop thumbs up for thumbs up. its so dumb!
You would get more damage out of magic pen and on hit effect items like Malady/Bloodrazor than you would out of AP.
The first build is good though. (But seems to just be the same as all the other AtS/On Hit teemo builds)

i think your build is a little to confusing, maybe post some pictures??? and i play teemo alot, and alot of this contradicts how i play him, so i think you might want to take a better look at your "teemo rules", if you want to, i can message you my "rules"? maybe you can add them to your guide if you like??
