Cloak 'n Dagger Twitch for the Ace
Your to damn squishy. You do a lot of damage yes, but you can be easily two shoted. The cloak and dagger is useless when you don't have enough health to even get away from the first cc. Put in a veil or a mallet for the extra HP. You need some, 1.8k won't help you any.
which is why this only works on a stealth champion, which twitch is
also the main reason why you get cloak n dagger isnt because it's game-changing, it's because you can easily transition into better items that can capitalize on whether or not you get early kills

but is absolutly needed something like banshee or mallet for AOE slow . If they a more clever they will ward everywhere and oracle u. Without def u re pwned in 0.5 s.
which is why you stay out of the battle in the beginning so you dont get instantly focused, by the time you start to engage they should already be trying to kill one of your buddies and wont have enough time to switch targets before you unleash a good amount of damage that will definitely tip the scales into your direction, if not get you an Ace (though you do rely on your teammates being somewhat decent)
