Lich Bane on Annie?

With few items, Lich Bane isn't as good, but it's still better than Two NLR or Rylai's. I would take Rylai's if i was having trouble staying alive.[/quote]

[/quote] If anything your Combo is really close in damage with 2 NLR / Lich Bane. And your sustained and tower killing ability, along with your ability to survive is greatly increased.[/quote]
