Hmm... I know there are times when I just spent IP on a random champ when I really wanted something higher up on the IP tree. IDK, I just think it would be a way to forget about the IP you have saved.

She is worst champ because you can't play her, or what? She is a total rapist, incredibly strong from early game. Her harassment even at lvl 2, when she gets her Q and E is a joke, I always harrass the **** out of the enemy in mid so he must go back to base when I hit lvl 2.
And when she gets something like 600-800AP, she is impossible to kill. With 800AP her Q deals almost 1k damage every second (holy ****). Add to this stun from her ult, slow from W, spamming E every 0,5sec... I guess I don't have to add anything more.

The fact still stands tho, she is the worst champion. Super easy to counter...I guess i dont need to add anything else.
Look around forums more. Read what people post, and look at the ranked matches for top teams/players. No one takes Cassio for many many reasons where it counts. No need to get all pissy and have your panties in a bunch at me. I didnt make the champion, just stating an opinion that is widely shared.

Cassio, with the recent buffs, has become better than many others. I'd say now the worst champ is either gangplank or fiddlesticks.

I thought: "This game should have a bank. A place where you could put your IP and minimize the fear of buying something that wasn't your objective. It would teach players how to save money and use it wisely."
