can you explain more about the summoners spells? why take teleport?
The reason behind taking Teleport is mostly for the map presence. Anivia is a relatively slow moving caster and can't get to places very easily. Teleport is a bonus in two respects that hold for near all champions in my opinion. Its good for returning to lane after purchasing an item should the enemies be approaching the tower. It also helps keep as many tower up as long as possible. with Glacial Storm and flash frost anivia can easily clear out an entire minion wave that may have destroyed a tower while everyone was in another lane.
Flash is there for escaping or ganking. Flash either closes the gap for a easy flash frost hit or can be used to place a crystallize wall and flash over it to escape.
