guys i mean the mentors how much good are you, i dont want to insult you but can you make me good enough for solo rank ,or you mean for normal games, even if i troll pretty much i own normals, but i need help in solo ranks

Nobody can prepare people for solo ranked. It comes down to you skill with the champ. In reality, just start playing hard carries.
