It might be a usefull tip for beginers in last hitting. You can always press "S" near the creep you want to lasthit and your champion will not attack it automaticly since "S" is a shortcut for "Stop all actions".

Might help with champions that have poor attack animation.

with champs that have bad animations, you can also just autoattack then instantly click away somewhere, then autoattack again; it can shave off some time between attacks.
