i really do not agree with buying avarice blade and keeping it for whole game... if u really need it for start, get it ok. but sell it, and get something more profitable, next infinity edge? bloodthriser? whatever... and for early game flash is better than claerence in my opinion.
last thing is, 4 diff typhes of runes, i would say you should use max 2 differend types so it will work somehow...
Once you get your core build you would sell the blade for like you said another better item. Summoner spells are a personal preference.

Edit: I used Mercury's treads and it went very well
