Why you go Perseverence instead of Nimbleness ?

Perseverence
- It's really bad if you calculated it
- Useless early game, because the HP regen you gain is around 1 or even less...

Nimbleness
- with Blinding Dart you're going to dodge for 100%
- additional speed to flee for sure
- you'll get 2% dodge as well

and maybe you can even take Greater Seal of Evasion

Good build i agree with the points KaOticLegends made, consider putting in an alternative items section. I don't own Teemo atm but i will definitely try it out next time he's free to play.

Nice guide ... I will give it a plus 1 since it being your first one and you giving a nice description of the guide, i dont see many people playing AP teemo, mostly AD/AS teemo ... but there is a few things here that i see you will be slacking that you might want to consider just my opinion as i love playing teemo (but a different way) ...

1. Instead of Doran's Shield try a few games rushing a Philosopher Stone (granting you Health Regen / Mana Regen / and Gold) - The reason i say this is because the health and mana regen should help you stay in lane and plant and harass much more effective then a Doran's Shield ... and at the same time, you are gaining a little bit of gold through the game, since AP teemo really does slack in Farming unless you use a mushroom to clear a whole cluster of minions ... AP teemo will be mostly wandering the map warding with mushrooms so doesnt really give you alot of time to farm for the gold you need and the Stone helps out in that area.

2. Instead of Void Staff i would swap it for Rylai's Crystal Scepter just so that you have more survivalbility with the HP .. and it gives a even more Slow effect on your Mushies ... Ap Teemo main goal is to kill someone with 1 or 2 mushrooms, its just to slow them down and make them weaker or kill off those strays that escape death .. yeah the Mag Pen helps a ton but i rather have the HP and the Slow Proc then the Pen...

3. Make sure to change it your guide to (Comment to Vote) so that people wont down vote without any reasons... and it lets you know who voted wat so u can give your thanks to the ones that give you a plus 1 .. :)

Just Name=Wat u want here Size=20-50 and place [ brackets ] around it ...
