Yep, he definitely crits. Even with the small amount you can get from a TForce late game. It may be advisable, however, if you're going to run carry Yorick, to go Offensive talents for extra crit and crit damage, then just build a little survivability into your items. Otherwise, you're not really getting the most out of infinity edge.

Thats not true at all, i play a build similar to this, a few changes i would recommend but id rather try it more first. But he crits often, it may not be as large as ashe, but every few attacks he crits, and doubling the damage of those crits helps. Not to mention infinity edge gives you so much damage. Its worth keeping in there, but not rushing.

Trinity Force pretty worthless on a Yorick. Bad Recommended

You need a Trinity force as well.

ah yes, I guess i should include somewhere in there that this build is for when you want kills. With this build you are squishy yes but it lets you get kills easy and the life steal should be enough to let you live. Honestly with this build I usually get 2:1.

If you are looking for a tanky/off tank build then this guide is not for you.
