The squishiness isn't a problem for me since I don't chase until later game and I don't tower dive till later game as well. And why have defensive items take up spots where you can have attack damage? To me there is just no point in defensive objects unless you are just getting destroyed, then I would suggest defensive items such as: Thornmail, Glacial Shroud, Frozen Heart, or Sunfire Cape (Just to name a few things), but it all depends on who your allies are and who your enemies are. Like if you have support allies then there should be no need for defensive items if they are doing there job right.

Ok this build can be nice, and with clarity you may not need a manamune, but how about yorick's squishiness? i dont see defensive items in your build. (i dont take FM as a defensive item since 700hp with no resists are almost useless to me)
