This. There is also something called, "HUD scale" which you can turn down to make your HUD smaller.

Im not sure what you are talking about, no one cares enough to explain even after Wrath has asked like 4 times.
So Ill just tell you to go to leaguecraft.com and look there for a UI you like.

Normally, there is a "wall" between your items and you skill box.
OP wants it disabled so they can see a little bit more of the terrain so they can prepare a bit more.
