Looks nice but you should add some pictures of items and etc. Looks nice. Should you replace Ionian Boots of Ludicity to Mercury Treads. Still GJ.
I made this at like 2am XD maybe eventually I'll get some pictures though. Merc Treads is a decent choice for any character but Ionian gives you a large damage bonus and most of the time if I get caught the tenacity won't save me anyway :P (+ I have Cleanse most the time)
Last Whisper scales worse and worse the more flat ArPen you get. So a choice I'd add in is replacing it for Youmuu's in case you need the sprint. That, and the Ghostblade provides further CDR and ArPen to go with your runes. I'll grant the crit is a bit wasted, but don't underestimate your auto attacks in combat. The 15% damage reduction debuff is handy and you'll want to hit what you can with it.
Add on an option to get Black Cleaver if you're running a heavier AD team, and you've got yourself a handy dandy guide. Black Cleaver would allow you to puncture 70 Armor. That's way more than any carry should have, and would reduce the heavies' armor down to squat. However, those are just suggestions to add as options.
The only thing I think you've got wonked up is a lack of Tenacity.
Youmuus is decent but there are a lot of wasted stats on it which is why I usually don't get it. You are right about the LW; it is wasteful in a lot of situations but it is a good item to replace Brutalizer if the enemy team is stacking a decent amount of armor. I have never liked Black Cleaver on Urgot for the same reason I dislike Trinity on him (and also a reason I feel he doesn't need heavy tenacity) because I really don't get in my auto-attack range enough to justify buying an on-hit effect item because it is extremely dangerous at that small of a range. I really only use auto-attack harass at level 1/2 to conserve mana.
I will add Youmuu's as an option though because it can be a better alternative to LW.
