First off, I don't care about updating my guide anymore. I know the magic pen mastery makes less sense now. I don't even use the build myself anymore.

Yes, she is. But the problem with your build is that you don't get a trinity force or a sheen before late game. That's why your comment seems a bit strange.
My ELO is higher than yours, judging from this guide.
Sheen should be built a lot sooner.
Right, you'll be the most useless player in your team with this build.
1. Irelia can't tank well, yet you get all tank items.
2. Irelia can abuse a Sheen like no other and yet you fail to use it.
I have to disagree. Irelia with trinity force deals a lot of damage and she is viable in teamfights. Seeing your build, I understand your opinion, you even put your 9 pts in offensive masteries when she now deals physical damage. Do you even read patch notes?:) and what is your ELO may I ask? because making her straight AD with phantom dancer and black cleaver makes her dead in 3 hits by every AP nuker :)
