Review for: Sacull_Kinslayer's Vladimir Guide
Constructive Criticism

• Get some armor. A Zhonya's works astonishingly well while you wait for some cd's back, or if your focused, etc.
• Vladamir is a mid game champion, so imo you should get /lvl cdr glyphs (better past lvl 12)
• I suggest going straight AP Quints, MS is just meh. You don't really need it, your like an inmovable object in lane.
• Suggest replacing Specter with Zhonya's since you already get MR from SV, the aura isn't useful when you have voidstaff and the active + armor will help you more, + you get more health from Zhonya's.

Everything looks pretty good. Runes and items are a tad bit personalized for my tastes, but w.e.

Flair can always be added. It is the content that matters the most. And too much color can take away from a guide. There is a fine balance to be found. But ultimately it is the content and the information given that should be important... not the shiny baubles (though when done right they can add to it as well).

As far as the 6th item (names QSS) I used to think the same until I tried it after seeing some pros use it. The I realized that in the right situations it is invaluable. 6th items are always game dependent. Period. They will rarely always be the same. Nor will you always even get to it.

Last Item Choices:

(in order of importance)



Quicksilver Sash / Abyssal Mask / Zhonya's Hourglass / Rylai's Crystal Scepter: This pick is COMPLETELY game dependant. If you are facing a team with a lot of Ignites, a Mordekaiser, a Malzahar, etc etc you get the QSS. If you need more Magic Pen and Magic Resist you get the AS. If you need armor or ANOTHER 2 sec invulnerability plus some AP get ZH. If you want a slow and some HP you get RCS. Also if you need QSS before you last pick by all means get it earlier. It is cheap enough it will not slow you getting your items that badly. Better to be alive and doing a little less damage than being dead with lots of AP. And with Vlad's heal factor being alive even with a sliver of health means you may not have to blue pill. So always do your best to build to stay alive when you need to. With the Abyssal Scepter you could replace the Void Staff with it. I have done that before. The thing I don't like about this is usually for Hemoplague when people get hit with this they run. And they usually will run out of your aura range so Hemo doesn't do as much damage as it should. Also if you skip Spirit Visage from the main build then you can get 2 of these items as your last 2 picks. If that is the case it is usually QSS/AS and ZH.

Hope that explains the different situations in which certain items are viable. That is where the guide part comes in. There is nothing set in stone. However I think I may change the last item in the main visual just because the QSS, while one of the most important items, will be the one you probably get the least or sell the first.

Thank you for the vote. In the current game this combination of utility masteries and speed tend to do very well. While it wont do the most damage it is very effective for stick and move tactics. And has some surprising oomph!

1) Put your links and useful information section at the bottom. You don't want people going "what's too good not to link" and sending them off for half an hour+ giggling over awesome flowcharts instead of reading your guide (which is what I did)

2) o.O I literally have nothing constructive or critical to say about your guide. It's absolutely fine. This is the first guide I've read all the way through, every single word and found all of it fine and dandy o.O
