Annie Guide
Annie: Burning through their defenses
The armor seals, not necessary. Take either flat MP5 or MP5/lv. just in case you can't last hit well or for when teamfights last a bit too long.
I'm a huge fan of flat armor seals. The MP5 glyphs are for the last hitting problems. Nobody should have too much trouble with last hitting with Annie.
