hmm items are good, but masteries i'd change cause you can really use the offensive tree boosts early game. Runes i'd go for attack damage and critical hit change for early game and crit damage runes for the entire game. Attack speed runes really don't help early or even mid game cause you won't hit much faster then them while they deal more damage. Mana runes aren't really needed cause you only need mana while chasing for frost shot or your ulti. If you keep an eye on your mana and don't fight reckless you'll have enough mana to stick it out.

P.S you're missing 1 quintessence in your build.

Other then that not bad ^^
