Help on Nidalee's build theory

Dorans ring>Needlessly large rod>Boots of speed>blasting wand>sorc boots>rabadon>guardian angel>Needlessly large rod>banshee's veil>zhonya's hourglass>lichbane. yes this is long but with my friends whom of which i play with we tend to draw the game out for fun and kill farm a bit so its just what they like to do don't criticize that we kill farm because we know its noob/mean. but for my build it works against AD teams and AP teams so i tend to not change it much due to the lack of that being necessary. what i am asking for is criticism on my build and also give me an explanation on why guinsoo's is good on nidalee since i beleive it is cost efficient but it just isnt helpful. I.E a 1 gold rabadons on an Olaf[/quote]

Guinso's is core on Nid because it boosts her attack speed(which she needs as a cougar, unless you plan on switching to human to heal and then back to cougar, which isnt time efficient) and her AP.
