Decent Start, but before I break down your guid and talk about it....

Two things,

First things first, mobafire doesnt take kindly to people that try and upvote there guide by making other accounts and giving votes to that guid, such as ninjatuna, its clearly you, as you can tell by the date joined, the number of posts are 2 and only on your guide, and you use the same type of chatting, such as xD ... Not only that the time in the date stamps is literally minutes apart from your posts, ninjatuna, and your main account on mobafire... Just saying you will do far better on mobafire with honestity, and giving people something they can understand and walk away with learning something.

Second thing, you have good item choices, and I like how you incoperated the double doran blades, but one tip, one thing i have noticed is people do not like taking to much time doing anything on the internet, so having 3 builds is confusing, and people will just skip over it, if you want some solid advice, use one main build, and then maybe a second build, but making that second build drastically different... like my build, i have one using trinity, and the other using a Tryndamere type crit build..

You are off to a decent start, but maybe archive this build take my advice, and create an entirely new build.. Its what i did, i had a build for 2 weeks on the site before i created my other build, i archived it took what i learned and created a much better build, now its number one build on the site for vayne builds..
