Sorc boots early on top of the runes seems to help early with the Mpen, though it would make sense to get Lucidity if I get the void staff. And I usually get a Elixir to help with the Cd reduction. I may tweak the build a bit with these suggestions. Thanks!

Interesting build and guide. I'm a fan of the colour just wondering why you don't opt to take Lucidity over Sorc boots if you get a Void staff later on. Also it seems like it needs some form of CD in the items section in general so Brand can continue to pump out bursts. Aside from that great guide. +1
