She's a simple ranged carry. People don't like to make carries complicated with actives.

Ricochet... It makes her farm faster and, it's like a mini ult for her.

The reason you do not get Youmuu's with Sivir is the same reason you don't get it with any or most ranged AD because it is geared for melee. The active does not increase for ranged, but only for melee beyond the base value. There are simply plenty of other items that are better for Sivir.

I didn't mean plenty for armor penetration. Yes, LW is the only better item for APen, I'm just saying that in general with LW and other damage items that you want on Sivir, there is no room for YG.

Why doesn't anyone build Youmuu's on Sivir?
