I'm more of the guy that counters you CB, I work to lower chaos in my team and I tend to be good at it. I work to keep the team going, asking them to avoid flaming teammates and work together, that we all make mistakes and we can always win.
One of the worst things I find in this game, especially in solo que, is people who start surrendervotes without consent. They just start them, get downvoted 1/4, start again in 3 mins because their game doesn't go well. I hate it because for one thing the other team gets elated when they see it, and for another when I click the no button my screen always focuses another place on the map!
The best feeling is when you have said no to surrender a couple of times with 2/3 or 3/2 and then turn the game around and win. A few good ganks and get peoples hopes up.
I find one way of countering flaming is actually asking forgiveness for mistakes, even if you don't do them yourself that much. Blame it on you before they start flaming, that way they won't flame as much and if they say something just slip aside by saying "you're right, I didn't do so well, I'll be better, promise".
