I have a recommendation: Why don't you swap out Black Cleaver for Madreds and sell Dorans for Blood Thirster at the end game?
Hey forsenkins its brent, from looking at your guide it wasn't bad for a first one but it needs improvement. Id swap out wits end for phantom dancer, because that magic resist isnt going to make much of a difference on a squishy character like tf, banshees veil is fine if you want alittle magic resist and it blocks a negative spell so thats great for heavy crowd control teams. Add more damage items because attack speed is nothing without them. Bloodthirster and Infinity edge are key items for any dps champion,if you prefer more attack speed replace bloodthirster with starks fervor, When your build is maxed out, swamp your beserker grieves for another phantom dancer. if you want a malady i would suggest an ap tf or it wont make much of a difference phantom dancer or black cleaver will guarentee more damage in the long run, consider a last whisper if you want. overall nice guide.
Haha, Brent, If I were just to throw in a Phantom Dancer instead of the Wit's End, all I'm improving is 15% AS, and the crit, which my build doesn't rely on, the movement speed also isn't in my best interests since I build with flash and ghost, the Wit's End on hit effects AND magic resist are why I get it, not just the resist. Also, zerk grieves are being kept because they should be bought early game and are way easier to build than a Phantom Dancer which would take forever to get that movement speed. Also, Malady is for the on hit effects, again, and bloodthirster, you're right, I'll throw that in, I actually completely forgot about it. Haha.
I feel that rushing SOTD > Wits End. The passive goes sooooooo well with your stacked deck. Although its overall less dmg compared to 42*4 which is 168, the active is AWESOME EARLY GAME. With full armore pen runes and masteries its 61 armor pen. If u are well farmed u can almost penetrate even the armor of a tank early on.
Thanks, I'll throw it in there that you can swap the order of SOTD and Wit's End.
Alright one more lesson, I would try this out to see how well it works, and if it works well then call it final. If it needs more work, change some things around, and you ought to be good to go.
+1 for being able to take criticsm.
Okay so you do on hit effects. My fear for this build is that you will be very easily countered if the enemy gets Magic resist. Your malady only shreds through 24 Magic resist. Next you get alot of attack speed, but not a whole lot of attack damage. A thornmail will probaly rip you to shreds.
Items: I'm gonna tell ya now if you're looking for an AD/AS TF, you have neglected the AD part. While I know that your damage is based on on hit effects. Though the max damage you achieve is 317 with stacked deck and your on hit effects. I like the doran's blade, beserker greaves, the sword of the divine, and the banshee veils. So try to keep those items, maybe swap the others for some AD items.
I understand, and I do agree, but I thought it might still be safe to leave
As for the specfics.
Runes: Trade your marks with your glyphs if attack speed is what you're looking for. Glyphs of warding> Marks of warding. I'm gonna say trade your marks into armor penetration marks. Quints can be armor pen, or health, or even movement speed since TF moves slow. Your seals are fine you choose the right seals.

Masteries: Take good hands over perservence everytime. It makes alot of difference.
Text discussion: Maybe put in an alternate item section for situations, and how to use some of your skills.
Other than that I think you're good to go.
