Corki Viable?

You're saying that his attack animation was "OP" which I instantly infer from my mind "Well what could be the main source of complaining about an attack animation.. does it make him last hit better? That makes no fucking sense because last hitting isn't relative to the animation, it's more or less just the player's ability to play well."
